With over 18 years of experience in medicine, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the practice, ensuring the highest standard of care and safety for every client.

Dr. Hayes earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada Medical School and completed advanced training in emergency medicine at the Kalamazoo Center of Medical Sciences/Michigan State University. He served the community of Flagstaff as an emergency physician for 14 years. His professional focus includes the management of serious complications and educating employees about sterile procedures, patient safety and HIPAA and OSHA compliance. Dedicated to ongoing education, Dr. Hayes stays at the forefront of the aesthetic industry by attending national conferences, training programs, and workshops.

He is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing safety and patient satisfaction. When not overseeing the medical spa, Dr. Hayes enjoys traveling, mountain biking, skiing and spending time with family.
